Our work together:

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I invite clients to share their concerns and feedback throughout our work together. I strive to create an egalitarian environment and do not see myself as the “expert” with all the answers. Instead, I view therapy as a shared journey. I also encourage clients to integrate holistic practices into their mental health care alongside traditional therapeutic interventions.

My approach blends evidence-based and person-centered practices. Clients often describe me as a more interactive therapist—I actively engage in conversation to help facilitate exploration, foster insight, and deepen understanding. When appropriate and with consent, I also collaborate with other service providers to support continuity of care and enhance the therapy process.

I utilize a combination of skills-based and exploratory modalities, including:

These approaches allow me to help clients better understand how past influences affect their present, while also equipping them with tangible skills to create meaningful change. Regardless of the therapeutic approach, both research and my experience show that the quality of the relationship between therapist and client(s) is the most significant factor in achieving positive outcomes.

I consider it a deep honor to witness the emotional experiences clients bring into therapy and the personal growth that can emerge through this process. I look forward to walking alongside each client on their unique journey.
