I work with individuals with a developmental age of 14 and older. My therapeutic approach involves a moderate level of verbal engagement and is best suited for those with the capacity for self-reflection and some comfort with verbal processing.
I work with a wide range of couples, ages 18 and older, regardless of the length or stage of their relationship. While much of my work focuses on supporting couples who wish to remain in a romantic partnership, I also have experience working with separated or divorced couples—particularly around improving communication for co-parenting and processing the end of the romantic relationship.
Please note: I do not provide guidance on custody arrangements, mediate divorces, or offer testimony in court proceedings.
I welcome and work with couples of all identities and structures, including:
Same-sex and heterosexual couples
Trans and gender-diverse partners
Neurodivergent couples
Multicultural and blended families
Couples exploring or practicing ethical non-monogamy
Couples with or without children
I also offer sessions for non-romantic couples, such as adult siblings and parents/adult children.
Yes! I am able to meet with couples who are in two different locations during the session. All participants must be physically located in Massachusetts, Illinois, South Carolina, or North Carolina at the time of our meeting.
To support the intimacy and focus of the work, I ask that each person join from a quiet, private space, with adequate childcare in place and minimal interruptions.

Yes, you may attend therapy sessions from your car as long as you are safely parked in a secure location. However, I am not able to conduct sessions while clients are actively driving. Please ensure you are pulled over and stationary before joining the session.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations. One late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice) is permitted per calendar year without a fee. To respect the time reserved for each client, any additional late cancellations within the same calendar year will be charged the full session fee, regardless of the reason. The fee is $150 for individual sessions and $175 for couples sessions. Cancellations can be made by email, text or voicemail. To ensure continuity of care, repeated cancellations (even with more than 24 hours' notice) or extended absences from appointments may result in discharge from the practice.
