I am in-network with:

• BCBS

• Most MBHP Plans (typically associated with Mass Health Standard)

• Tufts (including Tufts Direct and Tufts Public)

• Harvard Pilgrim

• United Healthcare

• Mass General Brigham Health Plans (including ACO)

• UMR (some plans).

The cost of therapy using insurance depends on your specific plan and benefits. I do my best to verify any associated costs before we begin working together. However, I also encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your coverage and any out-of-pocket expenses.

If needed, your insurance may request CPT codes to determine coverage. I use the following billing codes:

• 90791: Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation (for intake sessions)

• 90837: Psychotherapy (for ongoing sessions)
  
  

Private Pay Rates

• Individual Therapy: $150 per 53-minute session

• Couples Therapy: $175 per 53-minute session
  
  

I offer a sliding scale for a limited number of individuals experiencing financial hardship, available on a case-by-case basis, for a 3-month period (with the possibility of renewal). 

Out-of-Network & Superbills

If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

Payment Methods

I accept payments via Venmo or check.
Each session is 53 minutes in length.
